Qualitative research

It’s crucial to get to know the end user and the usage context. Whether through workshops, in-situ interviews or observation I have a firm grasp of both execution and insights gathering.

Business understanding

Orienting stakeholders around a common business model is the foundation for designing a successful digital product. I’m confident in facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings etc

Prototyping

I use prototyping in my everyday workflow as a way of testing ideas and concepts throughout the design process and as a medium for dialog and personal design reflection.

UI design

Besides having an eye for graphical presentation and the importance of getting the details right, I continuously strive to get a deeper understanding of the relationship between UI design, function, and emotion.

Interaction Design

I’m used to execute usability tests, create intuitive IA and design user flows and conceptual models that match the needs and prerequisites of end users.

Analytics

I’m analytical by nature and like to find patterns in qualitative and quantitative data, that can inform design solutions and potentially change the lives of future users.
