Challenge
To create a digital experience that would accommodate a wide spectrum of users and communicate complicated test results in an intuitive way.
Solution
By looking into historical user data gathered by Forbrugerrådet TÆNK and empirical data from user interviews, 7 user groups have been identified. This has lead to the definition of potential user flows and corresponding prototypes. We are still in the process of testing and refining prototypes. When implemented, the next step is to monitor the digital paths of individual user groups and use data to create individualized content.
