Challenge
To create a digital experience that would accommodate a wide spectrum of users and communicate complicated test results in an intuitive way.
Solution
By looking into historical user data gathered by Forbrugerrådet TÆNK and empirical data from user interviews, 7 user groups were identified. Personas were developed and tested against potential user flows and corresponding prototypes. On validation and completion of prototypes, the project was handed over to another company for development.
